Weight problem is very common in today's humans life. A huge portion of overall population are suffering with the problem of extra weight. Extra weight  is one of the most serious problem of every human being. Due extra weight there occurs various kind of serious health problem which affects the life of human being seriously. Every human who is suffering from extra weight problem want to lose their extra kilograms and become fit and healthy.
So we are going to talk about the ways through which a human can achieve their goal of health and fit body. There are various ways through which a human can lose extra weight and as well as those with already perfect weight can avoid the increase in their weight.
              These ways are as follows:-

There is a very interesting way of having regular meal which avoids weight put on. Every human should eat their meal in smaller quantity but they should have it again and again with a gap of short intervals. This way of eating is very useful and effective for a person who wants to avoid increase in their weight as well as for the person who wants to lose their weight. Regular meal is very important because it provides the amount of energy to our body which we require to perform our daily routine work. If a human do not take regular meal then it have very bad effect on their health and body. 2. Don't skip breakfast - In order to lose weight and be healthy its very important to eat healthy breakfast. Breakfast is the most important part for every humans routine meal. Breakfast provides the energy and stamina to human which lost all day long and helps the the human to perform all  his/her activities. If a person is skips his/her breakfast then the next time when he/she sits to eat food then he eats  a huge amount of food because that time he feels hungry which us not good for his/her health. 3. Eat fruit and vegetables - Fruit and Vegetables are the most important part of the food that a human takes in. Fruits and vegetables are mandatory for the good health of every human being. If a human wants to lose weight then in-order to fullfill his/her appetite fruits and vegetables are the best option because they are the most nutritious. Intake of fruits and vegetables is very important for every human being whether he/she is healthy or unhealthy. People should take healthy, clean and fresh fruits on a regular basis because it is very beneficial for the health of the human beings. Hence intake of fruits and vegetables are mandatory.

4. Do physical exercise - Physical exercise is very important for the health of human beings. physical exercise plays a very important role in weight loss. If human inspires to lose his weight then physical exercises are the bestest option.Physical exercise helps the human to burn the extra calories that are stored in his/her body and makes them active. Only fruits and vegetables are not important for a person to be healthy but also physical exercise are mandatory. Physical exercise helps to avoid various kinds of diseases. It helps to provide a perfect, relaxed and peaceful state of mind. So if a human wants to lose weight it then it's very necessary for them to perform physical exercise on a daily basis for fixed period of time.

11. Avoid junk food - Junk food is considered to be very unhealthy for every human being. This is because junk food contains a huge amount of calories and fats. The human who are addicted to junk food avoid the use of healthy nutritious food and whenever they are hungry they fullfill their appetite by eating junk food. Junk food are like maggi, burger, chips etc contains very high calory. So in order to lose weight its very important to avoid junk food.

12.Have proper meal plan - Proper meal plan plays a very important role in the human's life. If a person wants to lose weight then he/she should plan that how much calories they have to take in a weeks time. According to the amount of their calory allowance they should plan their meals. This planning should be followed very seriously because if it is followed carefully then it proves to be very beneficial.
