Health is very important for every human being who takes birth on this earth. Our health defines us. Leading life with a healthy body and mind makes it joyful , pleasurable and easy but at the same time if your health is not good then it may lead your life to hell. Health can be called as the most important unit of human life. To be healthy every human being needs to follow some routes and methods. The route to a healthy body is not so easy but if a human being is able to pass that route then the outcome is very pleasurable and satisfactory. A healthy body increases the energy level of the human being and he/she is able to enjoy every pleasure of their life to the fullest without any tension.

12. Be hygienic - Hygiene is very important for the health of human being. To be healthy human needs to always keep himself neat and clean. They should eat healthy clean and hygienic food. A man can be healthy if and only if he takes a proper balance diet. If a human being do not take proper food then he/she will never get the amount of energy and stamina that they require. Balance diet can be called as the basis of a healthy body . Whatever food a person eats should consist of all kinds of nutrients in appropriate proportion . If in our diet we have high quantity of vitamins and there are no minerals then the food can not be considered as balance diet and there is no use of it. A balance diet is considered as that diet which consist of all the nutrients like vitamins , minerals , fats , carbohydrates , and proteins in sufficient and appropriate proportion so as to satisfy the needs of a human body. A healthy balanced diet food never consist of excessive amount of fats. More intake of fats may lead to various diseases. To be healthy a human should avoid high calory containing food because high calory foods are very harmful for human body and gives birth to various kinds of diseases. A balance diet also constitute sufficient amount of water. Intake of water in appropriate quantity helps human to prevent dehydration. So sufficient amount of water is very important because it also helps in the removal of waste products from our body. So iverall balance diet is very important for a human being to be healthy.
2. Physical exercise and activeness- For a person to be healthy physical exercise on a regular basis for a fixed period of time is very important. Only a good diet without any physical exercise can not make a human body fit and healthy. Physical exercise helps in the empowerment of the digestive system , respiratory system , immune system and other parts of the body. Physical exercise maintains the heart rate of human body. Physical exercise also helps to burn the extra calories and fats of the body of the human being. Physical exercise helps in the relaxation of body and mind . Due to physical exercise there occurs the proper flow of blood through every part of our body. Physical exercise keeps a human body away from all kinds of diseases and even cures a number of diseases. It helps to overcome the problem of obesity and makes our body parts strong and flexible. Many times physical exercise brings a more positive impact on a human body then medicines. Physical exercise makes a human active and keeps all the tension away from the mind. So now here we conclude that physical exercise is also one of the most important component of a human health.

A person who takes in tobacco can never be healthy in his/ her entire lifetime. Tobacco affects the health of a human body on a very vast level. If a person is taking in proper balance diet and doing physical exercise on a regular basis but at the same time he is also taking doses of tobacco then its impossible for him to be healthy. Tobacco is that disaster that ruins several body parts of a human body. You can measure its level of danger with the fact that on the products that contains tobacco its already written that " Tobacco is harmful" or " Tobacco is fatal". If a person wants to be healthy then he/ she have to say no to tobacco because with the intake of tobacco you can never lead a healthy life. Tobacco is responsible for various diseases mainly cancer. Mouth cancer , lung cancer and liver cancer are caused mainly due to intake of tobacco on a regular basis. So here we conclude that to be healthy a human have to maintain distance from tobacco.
4. Regular check up- In order to keep your body healthy , fit and fine its very important for a person to know what's going on inside his/ her body. Human needs to know whether all if their body system are functioning properly or not without any problem. They needs to check out whether all the body parts are infection free or not. Regular check up is very important because it is a process through which if any disease is emerging inside our body can be known at its begining stage only and it becomes easy to supress it or cure it. If human beings will not go for regular check up then how will they know that what problem are there in his/ her body which they needs to take care to become perfectly healthy. So regular check up is very important for each and every human being if all the age groups.
6. Practice safe sex - To be healthy it is very important to have safe sex. Safe sex means to practice it through well mannered process. This process includes the use of protection, non- penetrative sex or penetrative sex with protection. While having sex it is very important to use protection because it helps to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Use of protection also helps to prevent the transfer of blood related diseases from one partner to other like HIV and AIDS. Safe sex practices including the use of condoms, provide more choices for people than sexual abstinence staying with one sexual partner or having sex with fewer partner. Safer sex prevent semen, vaginal fluids and blood from entering another person's body or coming into contact with broken skin. Oral sex is defined to be less risky. So for being healthy it is mandatory to practice safe sex.
7. Keep mind free from stress and tension - For being healthy mental health is the most important. Mental health is one of the segment of health. If a person is completed perfectly fit and fine from inside and outside but he/she have any problem and tension then he/she cannot be considered to be healthy. For being healthy human require to have a peaceful and relaxed state of mind. A disturbed mind can not help a human to be healthy. What is the benifit if you are perfectly healthy but not happy. There is no match of it. So to be healthy the person requires to be happy and free for all kind of tension and problem. To keep your mind healthy you can practice physical exercise,yoga and meditation these are very useful so in conclusion a healthy body need a healthy mind and when these two are achived then the human becomes healthy completely.
8. Vaccination - It is one of the most important factor which is necessary for the health of human being once a human being gets vaccinated; his/her imune system incounter the 'real' disease cauaing germ, it respond quickly & create antibiotics and memory cells to give the body protection. Vaccination is the easy way can be called as Immunisation. Vaccination is a way through which we get protection from a praticular kind of disease and germs that causes these diseases becomes inactive inside the vaccinated person. If once a human get vaccine of any disease then it becomes very tough or impossibe for the disease to grow inside the human body. Vaccination is very important for the health of human being.
Immunisation is the most effective preventative measure against serious disease like polio. Some vaccins offering lifelong immunity. In some case 'catch-ups' or booster shots are needed so we can see in conclusion that now important is vaccination for human health.
9. Limited use of alcohol - Alcohal to be know as very dangerous for human health. If alcohols are taken in high doses then it becomes fatal. Intake of alcohol damage various organ of human body. It damage the immune system of human body. Alcohol is also known as medicine but only in a very small quantity. Huge use of alcohol may ruin the life and health of human being. It also affects the mental of the mental health of human body. The use of alcohol should have a limit to very small quantity for the health of the human beings.
10. Safe driving - For health safe driving is very important save driving means the driver should avoid noise pollution, air pollution and drive vehicle carefully. He/She should always keep the vehicle on servicing mode so as to avoid the harmful gas coming out of it. The driver should drive the vehicle on moderate speed so as to avoid other health related problem and the most important is to avoid road accident.
The driver should not drink alcohol before driving or while driving. They should use horn only according to need so overall safely driving is very important directly as well as indirectly for the health of the human being.
11. Use of seat belt and helmet - Use of seat belt and helmet are also indirectly important for the health of human being. It helps the driver to avoid any kind of serious or internal injury during any accident. This is only the reason why it is instructed to always wear helmet or seat belt while driving.
