Importance of health.

'Health',when you think about this word or when you come across this word then exactly at the moment what's come in your mind? According to you What should be the definition of health? or what do you mean by health body? Here goes a very simplified and accurate definition of health. "Health is about physiological and psychological state of human body". Body and mind are the two main factor of health. If a human is fit by both body and mind then we can say that his/her health is perfect. But is any of this two factor disturbed then its illogical to say the same.A man who looks phsically pefectly fit can not be considered as a healthy human being to be called healthy, he/she requires a healthy and peacefull state of mind, health constitute both physical health and mental health. Let us talk abut physical health and mental health deeply.
Physical health-- It is all about the body of a human both from inside and outside.If you want to classify physical health again in smaller segments then it can be classified in two parts which are inner body health and outer body health.Inner body health is  about our organs , blood and all the other parts that exists inside a human body.For inner body health it is manadatory that there should not be any problem or disorder in our organs, blood or other parts. Our kidney, heart, liver, lungs, excretery organs, digestive organs, respiratory organs, all should be in healthy , fit and fine condition.There should be no problems in these parts.The blood of the human body should be pure , clean and healthy.Every system that exist inside the human body should be working smoothly. Outer body health is all about that parts which exists outside the human body like our sense organs.Our sense organs should not have any injury and it should be clean and fine.All that's important is there should not be any problem like a cut or any elergy on skin ,etc.So this is what we all physical health.Its all about the proper functioning of a human body both from inside and outside without any problem.    
 Mental health-- It is all about the mind set of a human body. Mental health cannot be classified in smaller segment because we have only one brain that is exist inside our head. So basically when we think about mental health then what main feature comes into our mind. Suppose if a human is happy for any particular reason then it is sufficient to consider that his/her mental health is perfectly fine? No, if a human is happy for a particular reason but he/she on the same time have some other problem in his life then he/she cannot be considered as mentally fit. To be mentally a human need to be free from all shots of problem and tension.His/Her life should be perfectly awesome without any worries. To be mentally fit his/her mind should be relaxed.
So from above explanation we conclude that mental health is all about the condition of our mind.It totally depend upon the state of mind of a humor.
                                       Now coming back on the topic health we will study what are the factors that are responsible for the health of a human body -
These are as follows-
1.Balance diet 
2. Physical exercise
3.Proper sleep
So these are the main factors of health.
Let's elaborate it here
Balance diet- It is very essential to take a healthy balance diet.The diet of the human being should have appropriate vitamins and minerals in sufficient quantity.Human beings should avoid high calory containing food. There is also need of sufficient quantity of water to save you from dehydration.
Physical exercise - Only balance diet is not sufficient to make you perfectly fit, fine and healthy. You have to do proper physical exercises on daily basis to avoid all kind of diseases and to make the state of your mind relaxed and peaceful.
Proper sleep- Proper sleep is the most important factor of health .A human being should have sleep for atleast eight hours per day.
   So now you gets the answer of all those questions which I asked in the begining of this article.
